The Good: If you've ever played Prince of Persia, you will pick up on some subtle game references throughout the movie in the form of action sequences, camera movements and characters. Jake Gylenhaal does a great job as the Orphan Prince in both appearance and attitude. The rest of the casting was pretty brilliant. The fight scenes are fast-paced and visually stunning.
The Bad: If you're an avid Prince of Persia player, then the first thing you're going to notice is the change in story line. This may really irk some people as the plot is EXTREMELY far from the game.
The Ugly: Be careful not to throw a stone in Persia, you may knock a hole in the cardboard mountains and buildings.
Synopsis: This movie is worth a watch in either a theater or as just a rental. If you're a Pirates of the Caribbean fan, this movie is right up your alley, if you're a Prince of Persia fan, be prepared to be a little disappointed.
